Bay 2 Bay was engaged to carry out the formwork and steel reinforcement for a new residential foundation in Templestowe - an area known for its hilly terrain, architectural builds, and complex access sites. This project involved preparing a reinforced concrete base that would support a custom-designed home with detailed structural requirements.
As with many sloping blocks in Melbourne’s outer east, achieving structural accuracy on this site required careful planning and execution. In addition, the reinforced concrete slab needed to align precisely with architectural plans that called for non-standard wall placements and step-downs.
